I provide a wide range of mental health services and take a systemic approach to evaluation of each individual situation. What that means is that people are part of families and groups of people that create the system that they have been a part of in their lives. I personalize therapy to each individual based upon the influences that they have had past and present to provide treatment. My therapeutic influences are strongly built around CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Structural Therapy.
I also offer Biblical Counseling for those who want to incorporate more of their Christian Faith into the process. This faith-based counseling approach with focus how mental health issues are looked at through the lens of faith and incorporates scripture and prayer into the therapeutic process.
I am a certified Christian Life Coach with the AACC and offer Christian Life Coaching with specific focus in the following areas: Parenting Coaching, Divorce Coaching, Relationship Coaching, and Life Transition Coaching.
